Refund policy

PRICE AND PAYMENT

 Unless otherwise agreed between you and us, the price for the products shall be the price advertised upon your login on the website as published on the date of the order. We do not offer instalment plans, and your product must be paid for at the time of purchase in full.

 CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

 In the event that any order is incorrect, the customer must notify us within 14 (fourteen) days after delivery. We abide by the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR). If we made a mistake or if the product is faulty or damaged, the product shall be returned to us at our cost (first class). Please obtain a free proof of posting from the Post Office and please ensure that the good are packaged adequately to protect against damage. We will send a replacement  (dependent upon availability) at our own cost.

 If you wish to return an item for any other reason (unwanted, not as you thought, changed your mind). In this circumstance, the customer agrees to pay for the postage to return the goods to us as per the DSR. This cost shall not be refunded. When returning the items, please obtain a free proof of posting from the Post Office and please ensure that the items are packaged adequately to protect against damage.  Please ensure correct postage is paid - we will not pay the fee to obtain a package returned without correct postage.  If a refund is due, the refund or a credit note will be processed within 14 days upon receipt to the cost of the goods being returned .

 FAILURE TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS

 If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

 This policy does not affect your legal rights, for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

 These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
