 All parcels are sent out via Royal Mail, if you wish to discuss alternative postal methods (including insured delivery) please contact the Shoppe directly.All overseas parcels are sent via Royal Mail AirMail service.

 You are entitled to return any product within 14 days for any reason and obtain a full refund once the items are received. (excluding postage)
