SALE OF PRODUCTS
Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation is not an acceptance of the order nor is it a confirmation of our offer to sell. An order is deemed to be an offer by the customer to purchase items on our website and is subject to acceptance by us.
We may choose not to accept an order for any reason. Payment of any order is required before it is despatched. Once an order has been accepted by us, paid for by you and despatched the contract between us is deemed to be concluded.
Payment can be made by PayPal or card. We do not accept personal cheques.
You must ensure that your personal details, including the address for delivery, are complete and accurate.
We reserve the right to alter or withdraw products given on this website at any time. We shall endeavour that all orders are met. We do not, however, guarantee the availability of any product at any time. You acknowledge that sometimes products may be withdrawn or discontinued. We shall make every effort to update the website at all times.
COMMISSIONS AND PERSONALISED ITEMS
For commissions and personalised items please contact the Shoppe directly to discuss your requirements.
We do not offer refunds for personalised items, please ensure at the time of ordering is that all of the information you provide is accurate and correct. The cooling off period and right to cancel do not cover contracts for goods made to your specification (custom-made).
ABOUT THE PRODUCTS
Crystal products are all as shown in listings unless otherwise stated. Dimensions are approximate but as accurate as possible. Colour may vary from image due to photography lighting and screen resolutions. Crystals have been ethically sourced and hand chosen. They are sourced from smaller independent wholesalers and as such the cost of each is reflected within the selling cost. As a natural product they may contain natural flaws and imperfections. This does not affect the overall use of the item.
APOTHECARY ITEMS
All items are created with the use of natural ingredients that are hand blended in small batches. As such blends may change from one batch number to the next and smell, taste or appear different in texture, colour or aroma.
Always ensure that you are not allergic to any of the ingredients. We recommend that if you are pregnant or breastfeeding not to use the Earth Mother Aromatherapy Products.
If you are currently on medication please be advised to monitor your medication as the natural ingredients may interfere with dosage and effectiveness.
Aromatherapy products do not constitute medical advice and we always advise consulting with a medical practitioner before undertaking apothecary items.
MAGICAL ITEMS
All items are handmade and may use small items, sharpe objects and raw herbs and ingredients. They are not intended as a toy or play item for children. The Item may not have the desired effect and outcome and the Earth Mother Shoppe is not responsible for how the magic is utilised for you.
WORKSHOPS
All workshops are run throughout the year and are weather dependant. Payment in full is required at the time of booking and is non refundable. If the workshop is cancelled or postponed you will be offered alternative dates, if nothing is agreed you will be offered a full refund.
Workshops are a maximum of nine, they will run with a minimum of one person.
Dates are advertised in the Earth Mother Shoppe Newsletter and are booked as advertised.
IMPORT TAXES AND DUTY
The buyer is liable for all duty, tax and other import charges as may arise on international purchases.
Delivery to Europe may incur extra conditions depending on products purchased and in line with European policy.
