Crone tea has been blended with the specific intention of embracing the Crone aspect of being within womanhood. To support the mind, emotions and body as it ages within its own natural cycle. This blend will support the human within its season of wisdom and encompass the gentle hold of ageing and transitioning from one phase of womanhood and into her crone.
This blend can also be utilised to commune deeply with the crone aspect of the Great Mother for embodied communion of guided wisdom, within meditation, ritual or journey work. The Crone will usher forwards in her offering to aid all you seek with her learned knowledge of life, healing, magic and support.
Aroma: The first connection to this blend is through its aroma. The scent of the earth underfoot as you walk barefoot within her wooded glades. The aroma of mossy banks where the fae reside, of the musk of the woodland in its damp embodied spaces. It’s old, and ancient in familiar smell that reminds us of the ancestors who have walked the ancient pathway before us. Opening the senses to the feeling of remembering our crone elders of our familial lineage.
Taste: The next connection is as we take sip of the comforting tea blend, is the subtle taste of of the ingredients. First becoming aware of the heady taste of thyme and sage, to soon be replaced by the comforting taste of the elderberry before becoming grounded within the liquorice flavour. It warms the mouth as it’s absorbed inwards within the body.
Feels: The Crone blend is not only comforting and embracing, it connects to our inner spaces that we have ignored and neglected and connects us to the calming and natural forces of all we are. It clears the head space and and aids us in feeling grounded. Full of wisdom and old magic this blend truly opens the self to the power of the Crone, her wise communion of balance and rebirth. As we acknowledge all we are and step fully into our power.

How to use:
Tea for one
•Place a heaped teaspoon within a diffuser, teapot or tea strainer.
•Boil the kettle and allow to cool a little before pouring upon the blend.
•Once poured allow the blend to steep and infuse for as long as 10 minutes (cover with a cosy) to keep the brew warm) leaving for this time truly allows the blend to open its rich embodied taste, flavour and colour into the vessel.
•Once ready sip at leisure and enjoy the energy that the blend holds.
•When finished with the strained blend it can be added to a bath for a sumptuous soak.
•all ingredients can be added to the compost once used.
